In this module you will be introduced to the various facets of transformation.  With the aim to help you gain practical insight into use cases within the legal industry.  You will learn skills to develop and implement a digital transformation strategy. ​

​The faculty delivering this module is comprised of leading industry practitioners which will ensure you have access to some of the latest case studies and industry trends. ​

​You will gain an insight into all aspects of digital and process transformation and participate in a group exercise/transformation proposal – Creating a business case/value calculator for Legal Technology to be implemented

Included as an additional complimentary module is the In-House Transformation Deep Dive, delivered by Brian Dunn, Head of Legal & Compliance, Unifonic Inc.
